An assortment of the little things we like that we've seen, made or worn...

Both back for easter...time for a dressing up afternoon

Photos taken with the purpose of sending some to What You Wore, part of What Katie Wore. A number of outfits, mostly with a floral theme (no surprise there!) and there's always space for a Cath Kidston mug, a pink watering can and a splash of red lipstick...

H and M Garden Collection...

I am very excited - H & M are releasing The Garden Collection
at the end of March - environmentally-friendly clothes including
lots of florals, and it is less than a month before I can buy mainstream
shop clothes, so I'm thinking this will be my first stop! xxx

Gingham designer...

Have you seen the S/S 10 collection by Christopher Kane
- I thought you would like it since it included lots of gingham dresses.
I'm inspired to make my own gingham dress now! xxx

The cookie monster...

A photo of 'The Cookie Monster',
ice-cream sandwiched between two cookies - Freya and I shared it
at G and D's in Oxford a while ago and I forgot to put the photo up
... I really hope you can come to Oxford to look around and experience G and D's!

New vintage skirt...

Back home now! Wearing a floral skirt purchased at the vintage fayre - went with Sam and Sarah which was really nice because I hadn't seen them for ages. Wish you could have been there too! There was so much! I tried on this gorgeous 50's floral dress - fitted so well but was just a bit too expensive. Mum said she might be able to make on like it though! Hope you are good and are able to put up an outfit post soon. Looking forward to Easter and creating our WYW outfits! See you soon.

A bright outfit, consisting partly of florals, of course!

An outfit I put together weeks ago with the intention of sending it for What You Wore. However, I will post it here because we are doing a WYW outift photo together...will be so hard to choose an outfit, maybe we should send more than one photo? I think a floral one definitely since we both love them so much, and maybe a vintagey one? Very much looking forward to it and seeing you soon!

Early 1960's floral dresses...

Just a post about the floral 50's style dresses I've seen recently that I know you will like...
Firstly, I've been watching Mad Men which is set in 1960's America...how gorgeous are the dresses?

Then I don't know if you saw An Education but I just love the floral dress worn in Paris!

I really want to get a vintage floral 50's dress at the vintage fayre that I can wear to the ball we have here next term!

Also, have you seen any of the Oscars dresses? If you haven't I suggest you have a look, there are some amazing ones!

The one where Hannah went nautical...

A nice change from the florals and since the sun has finally decided to arrive, I thought a more summery scarf and top (one of my mum's) was in order! Still cold enough for the stripy grey tights though!!
